Costs incurred before written funding approval are not eligible for reimbursement. Please do not make purchases or commit to project expenses expecting reimbursement prior to approval.
Submitting an application does not mean you have been approved for funding. All applications undergo a detailed review and must meet program eligibility, credit, and security requirements before any funding decision is made.
Current application processing times are approximately 3–6 months, depending on application volume and how quickly all required documentation is received.
