Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting others? We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
In this role, you will:
Provide clerical and organizational support to keep our office running efficiently.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and client communications.
Support special projects, events, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
What we’re looking for:
Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or Finance (asset).
Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, marketing, or communications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency with office software and digital marketing tools.
Understanding of Métis programs and culturally appropriate services (preferred).
